Ron was Director of Construction at Richter and Ratner Contracting, where he was employed for thirty five years. In his role as Director, Ron was responsible for the construction operations of this nationally known contracting firm. Under his directorship, over 12,000 retail, residential and institutional projects were constructed in over forty states. Ron's experience in all forms and phases of construction are a valuable asset to any construction project.

Lars Nilsen, Partner
Lars was a Senior Project Executive at Richter and Ratner for fourteen years. Prior to his employment at Richter and Ratner, Lars worked at Abcon Associates for five years. At Richter and Ratner, Lars was the Project Executive for many national and international clients. He successfully managed numerous construction projects nationally.

Vito Carmelo, Project Executive
For twenty years, Vito was Director of Planning and Construction for Melville Corporation, which at the time was one of the largest U.S. retailers with nearly 6,000 stores. Vito then accepted the position of Vice President of Construction and Planning at G&G retail, where he oversaw the construction and maintenance of their 600 stores.

Christine Ghezzo, Project Manager
Christine was a Project Manager with Richter and Ratner, and helped manage a variety of residential and retail projects. She is continuing her development as a Project Manager with Omni Int’l Construction Services, and is also an Architectural Photographer.
